Blossom Labs is a developer team specialized in creating blockchain-based tools and infrastructure to support collaboration, governance and coordination for DAOs and online communities.
We conceptualize, design, develop, and deploy tools for a diverse range of projects. From research to support, we create the dApps and infrastructure that enable coordination and management for organizations, all powered by blockchain technology.
All we do, we do it with love.
The tools we build and maintain today. Each one grew out of a coordination problem we ran into ourselves, and each is open source for anyone to use, audit and build on.
EVMcrispr is a scripting language for Ethereum. Describe what you want to happen on-chain in a few readable lines, from DAO governance to ENS and token operations, simulate it on a fork before it touches your wallet, batch it into a single transaction, and share scripts anyone can review. Use it from the web terminal, the CLI, or AI agents via MCP.

ENS Wayback Machine is a Web3 version of the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine that allows users to view historical versions of IPFS content associated with ENS domains. It is built using Ethereum Name Service (ENS) and InterPlanetary File System (IPFS) technologies.

Octocash gathers tokens scattered across 8 chains and multiple wallets, Safes included, into the wallet, token and chain of your choice. Swaps run through Delora, and bridges through Circle's CCTPv2 and the Gnosis Omnibridge. Pick what to consolidate, sign a plan that updates live, and optionally land privately in a Railgun address. Non-custodial and open source.
Between signing and execution, many things may change. Assertions are on-chain checks that run inside the same transaction as a DAO proposal, Safe batch or protocol upgrade, verifying balances, ownership and contract state at the moment it executes. If one fails, nothing happens. Built on ERC-8211, it guarded TheDAO's $220M treasury move.
Longer engagements with communities that fund and govern themselves together: what they needed, what we built alongside them, and what came out of it.

Commons Stack and 1Hive wanted communities to fund proposals continuously, with support that grows the longer tokens stay staked. We built the first Conviction Voting app for Aragon, which later ran Aragon's $50k Conviction Funding pilot and became the core of 1Hive Gardens.

Aragon wanted to hand its treasury, around $200M, to a DAO governed by delegated ANT. We designed that DAO with four other teams from the AragonOS ecosystem, then built the three AragonOS apps behind it and deployed it on Ethereum mainnet.

Superfluid wanted its Frontier Guild to pay builders continuously, not once at the end of a hackathon. We built CouncilHaus, where judges split a monthly budget between teams and a Superfluid pool streams it to them, sending $67k to 11 teams over two seasons.

Streaming airdrops powered by Superfluid: tokens are streamed to recipients over time instead of dropped at once, rewarding ongoing engagement and avoiding sudden sell-offs.
A no-code DAO launcher that deploys OpenZeppelin Governor DAOs from a simple form, with bulk token-holder import and automatic listing on Tally.
Ricardian-style agreements backed by ERC-20 collateral, with disputes settled by Aragon Court or Celeste and optional Superfluid streams for recurring payments.

Combines Superfluid streams with Conviction Voting so each project's funding rate continuously flows toward the support its community stakes behind it. 1Hive later ran it in production as Fluid Proposals.
Notes from our research on governance, funding mechanisms and token economics, from first intuitions to formulas and code.
Luke once described 1hive as cybernetic superorganism, I didn't realized it was an established term in science to describe such an amazing natural phenomenon...

Osmotic Funding is a protocol built on top of Superfluid Finance and Conviction Voting to create and regulate project funding streams based on the interest a community has in them.

A proposal for a new dynamic issuance policy for 1hive and the rest of gardens, exploring the process from math modeling to code implementation.
